This super sweet, little lady is one!! Alayna came into the studio for some one year photos and a cake smash. Let me tell you, this little darling was the cutest little cake smasher ever! I had so much fun watching her smash her way through her adorable little birthday cupcake.

Zoey is One!
I can't believe this little munchkin is one already! Where has the year gone?! I have loved watching Zoey grow into the happy, smiling, dancing little girl that she is. She brings such happiness to my heart every time I see her adorable little face and I can't wait to see how she grows and changes in this coming year.

Camille Gross rocks the Twin Cities as a singer with her band, Audio Circus. When she reached out to me about new promo shots, I couldn't have been more excited! We hit up one of my favorite little parts of NE Minneapolis for these cool urban shots. This gorgeous lady was an absolute dream to photograph and just the sweetest thing ever. O'Hara Family
Connor is the sweetest, happiest little boy and he just turned one! The O'Hara family meet me at one of my favorite parks in Minnetonka for some photos celebrating Connor's first year. We really lucked out with the most gorgeous fall morning and one extra happy little guy.

The Bot family recently welcomed baby Samuel to the family. I'm so happy I got to capture some photos of this fantastic family with their new little addition. We had so much fun crunching through the leaves!

Warhol Family
I met up with the Warhol Family for photos at Boom Island on the most perfect Minnesota fall day. The three generations came together for family photos as a gift for their mom/grandma for her birthday (how sweet is that?!). These guys were so much fun. I just love seeing families come together like this.
Korbel Family

Isaak rocked his senior session at Minnehaha Falls! He made me laugh the whole session - especially when he volunteered to walk across a log in the creek to get "the shot". Hope you all love these as much as I do!
Adventure! Madeline Island
We visited the Apostle Islands last year and loved it so much we just had to go back. For our adventure this year, we decided to stay on Madeline Island and I'm so happy we did. We had a blast! It was the perfect combination of relaxation + exploring. We brought our boat and were lucky enough to take it out on Lake Superior twice! Plus we rented mopeds again this year because we loved it so much last year. The weather was incredible (70's and sunny the whole weekend) so we were able to set our lawn chairs on the shore and enjoy a few beers. This was one of the best weekend getaways ever.
Lev's 6 Month Session
The Essington family met me at Lake of the Isles for Lev's 6 month photos. This adorable little guy surprised us all when he sat up on his own for a couple photos! He is just the happiest baby and such a delight to photograph...just look at that smile!!
Cartwright Family
I can't believe Zoey is 9 months old already! It's been so awesome watching this little one grow into a beautiful, happy, active little girl. I just love her and her parents.
(And by the way, how cool are these outfits that Dina's friend brought back for them from Kenya?! I just love the pop of color in every single photo.)

Andra Suchy
This just may be my favorite session of all time. What's not to love?! A beautiful lake, magical sunset, and the gorgeous and incredibly talented Twin Cities musician, Andra Suchy. Working with Andra was an absolute dream! She didn't even think twice when I asked her to go jump in the lake...how fun is that?! I hope you all love these photos as much as I do!!
Cody & Leah Engaged!!
I had the honor of photographing an engagement this past weekend. This wasn't just any engagement though, this was Andy's little brother, Cody. Not only was I excited that he was proposing to Leah (possibly the sweetest, funniest girl on earth) but he was doing it on the day they closed on their new home!! How sweet is that?!?
I "made" them take a photo in front of their new house and he completely surprised her with the proposal! It was one of the sweetest moments I have ever witnessed and I'm so happy to have been a part of it.
I absolutely love these two and can't wait to see what the future has in store for them.
Ava Grace's Newborn Session
Sweet, tiny little Ava's in-home newborn session was just perfect. At just seven days old, this little girl was so content to just be held. I loved being welcomed into Keith and Angie's home to capture these tender moments.
Adventure! Itasca State Park
I've lived in Minnesota my whole life and I'm ashamed to say that I have never been to Itasca State Park. I know, I know... I'm a bad Minnesotan. We made it a priority to get my butt up there this summer and let me tell you...I'm so glad we did. It is so beautiful. I did the whole walk across the Mississippi River thing, but the best part was Lake Itasca. Everywhere I looked I was stunned by how incredible it was. And the loons?! Oh my gosh...so many loons! It was really awesome to hear their calls and see them with their babies.
Paul Mayasich Album Design and Photos
Paul Mayasich's new album 'Threads' was released yesterday. Andy and I had the pleasure of attending his CD release party and being some of the first people to hear these beautiful, original songs. I was fortunate enough to not only do the photography for the album, but also the layout and design.

Alayna's 6 month session
This adorable little peanut is 6 months old! The Eaton family meet me at one of the most beautiful parks on a gorgeous Sunday morning for little Alayna's 6 month photos. Alayna is such a doll! So, so sweet and the cutest little thing ever!
Adventure! North Shore
We spent Memorial Weekend on the North Shore and let me just say...I'm in LOVE! I think the Gunflint Trail is my new favorite place in Minnesota. The weather wasn't in our favor, but we made the best of it. We checked out the adorable little town of Grand Marais, drove to Canada to hit up a Tim Hortons and drove the entire Gunflint Trail. It's been a dream of mine to see a real, live moose in the wild...and we saw one standing right in the middle of the Gunflint Trail! Ah! So amazing.
Kuhns Family
The Kuhns family came up from Waseca for our beautiful Sunday morning session at one of my favorite little spots in the city. I had so much fun getting to know this awesome family!
